Privacy Policy

LIVEGRID Music Corp, LLC ("LIVEGRID", "we"), a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, FL, runs the LIVEGRID marketplace. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account and profile: name, email, password (stored hashed), profile details, photos, media, location (ZIP, city) and rates you choose to publish.
• Bookings and messages: bookings, job posts, applications, reviews and the messages you send through LIVEGRID.
• Payments: card and payout details are handled by Stripe; we receive only references such as payment IDs and the last digits of a card, never full card numbers.
• Connections: if you use 2 Degrees, the connections you add inside LIVEGRID.
• Usage: basic technical data such as device, browser and log information, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

How we use it

To run the marketplace (search, booking, messaging, payments, payouts), send transactional emails and in-app notifications (booking updates, new messages), prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

Published profile information is visible to other members. Messages are visible to the members in the conversation. We share data with service providers that operate the service, including Stripe (payments), our email provider and our hosting provider, and when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. You can edit your profile and notification settings in the app, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing privacy@livegrid.io. Booking and payment records may be retained where the law requires.

Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Children

LIVEGRID is not for anyone under 18.
