Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LIVEGRID, operated by LIVEGRID Music Corp, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("LIVEGRID", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The marketplace

LIVEGRID is a marketplace that connects talent and production or event staff ("Talent") with people and venues who want to hire them ("Buyers"). We provide tools for discovery, messaging, booking and payment. Talent are independent contractors, not employees or agents of LIVEGRID, and the performance contract is between the Buyer and the Talent.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential. One person may hold one Talent profile and one Buyer profile.

3. Bookings, fees and payment

• A Buyer requests a booking and pays through the platform. The Talent may accept or decline; a declined booking is refunded in full.
• LIVEGRID adds a booking fee (10% unless your plan states otherwise) to the Buyer's total. The fee is shown before you confirm.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Talent payouts are held after payment and released after the event is completed.
• Cancellation refunds follow the policy in the Help center.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Conduct and content

Do not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content, harass other members, or take bookings or payments outside the platform to avoid fees. You keep ownership of what you upload and grant LIVEGRID a license to host and display it to operate the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a real booking and your honest experience.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". LIVEGRID does not guarantee that any Talent will perform or that any event will occur, and is not responsible for the conduct of members. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we received from you in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
